    A hockey matches is 70 minutes long, 35 minutes each way and there are 11 players in each team. The are the positions are shown below:

     

     GK - Goal Keeper

    SW - Sweeper

    LB - Left Back

    CB - Center Back

    RB - Right Back

    LH - Left Half

    CM- Centre Mid

    RH - Right Half

    LW - Left Wing

    CF - Centre Forward

    RW - Right Wing
